In 2018, a young and ambitious Tadej Pogačar joined the Continental Cycling Ljubljana Gusto Santic team. From the very beginning, his talent and determination set him apart, as he delivered brilliant performances and achieved outstanding results in races across Europe.
At Gusto, our mission has always been to discover and nurture riders with the potential to shine on the world stage. Tadej’s journey is a powerful example of what can happen when talent meets opportunity, and we are proud to have been part of his early development.
Just two years later, in 2020, Tadej took a bold step forward, joining UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates. There, he etched his name into cycling history, winning the Tour de France not once, but twice in back-to-back years — 2020 and 2021.
His story continues to inspire us, and it drives our commitment to support the next generation of riders chasing their own dreams of greatness.
